REVIEW: MEGAN'S WAY

Image
Megan's Way by Melissa Foster ISBN: 1432744429 Genre: Fiction  My Review:  A beautifully written story of life, death and lifelong friendships. "Megan's Way" puts you on an emotional roller coaster as you read about her battle with cancer, her relationships and final decision to terminate treatment. This book forces you to reflect on your own life as you realize how your decisions affect those around you. Be sure to have a box of Kleenex handy.

REVIEW: SHADOWBOUND

Image
Shadow Bound by Erin Kellison ISBN: 0505528290 Genre: Paranormal Romance My Review: Shadow Bound is Erin Kellison's debut novel.  Talia, the heroine of the story, has such courage.  After finding out that she can bend shadow, she join Segue to help their battle against the Wraith, little did she know that she would be much more than a scientist and a vital player in this battle.  Over all, this book was fast paced and well developed.  I can't wait to see what book two brings.

REVIEW: PLUM ISLAND

Image
Plum Island by Nelson Demille ISBN: 0446679089   My Review:  I'd never heard of Nelson Demille before, but I'm glad this was recommended to me. The novel's main character can be rude and has a huge ego. But once you get over that, this book takes you on an awesome adventure. It makes you realize it isn't always as it seems!
