My Review:
I received a free copy of this novel in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

“The Pauper” is book three of the amazing time travel series by May Nichole Abbey.  In this book we’re placed in the year 1718.  The adventure begins with Heather rescuing a man from the ocean she’s certain she saw falling out of the sky.  Unfortunately, the gentleman is unconscious and feverish, and Heather has placed it upon herself to nurse him back to health.  When he regains consciousness, we learn he is Ammon Maharahi, the son of Serena (the heroine in book two).  His mission is to stop a time traveler from the future(Rachel Madera from book one) from uncovering her secrets when she arrives in the present timeline to prevent chaos in the future.

I have been anxiously anticipating this novel, I just could not wait to see what happens next.  Once again I was completely engrossed in the story.  The way May Nichole Abbey tied the three novels together was nothing short of brilliant!  This book is a fast page turning adventure that takes you to the days of pirates, ancient Egypt and the future.  There’s even some romance as Ammon realizes how much Heather really means to him.  Best of all is the teaser of a book four,  I can’t wait!
